The UNFCCC and the IPCC seem to have a mutual co-dependency arrangement. Perhaps the unscientific key messages in the chosen medium of the IPCC must be sustained at all costs in order to ensure that they remain intact in the UNFCCC’s “decisions” – or at least the illusions thereof.
